Warranty Coverage
- HOMEWARE products are covered by a 7-Year Manufacturing Warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers defects in manufacturing, material quality, and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Any product found to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, or surface damage due to cleaning with harsh chemicals.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
- Products installed in commercial or industrial environments unless specifically covered.
